Zayn, Liam, Louis, and Harry are best mates and roommates. They live in a big, five bedroom house that their college owns. One day when Zayn checks the mail and receives the rent bill, he is appalled to see that their rent has gone up by almost half of what they normally pay. They can't afford it as they need the rest of their money to pay for food and their cars and such. So they get a roommate, a cute peppy blonde that goes to the same college, Niall. The boys immediately grow fond of the boy and develop crushes fast. They start getting sarcastic and annoyed at each other, and surprisingly, a party is what sets off their relationship.
