Ash now heads back to Kanto from a year of solitude training and with a tournament coming up who know who might show up. As far as I love pokémon I did not watch most of the episodes or know their teams very well. Please do not get upset if I mess up on something. One member, Alain Takahata, betrays the Tekiyoku and uses a power to scatter Arceus's Plates to various hidden places around the regions. He escapes and recruits Satoshi (Ash) Ketchum, as they're joined by the reticent Hikari (Dawn) Toyoguchi. Join them as they form the Mokusetsu and attempt to gather Arceus's Plates and restore its power! Dark times await!

In order for his region to be established and his league to be official though, he has to compete in the World Masters Tournament, and show the world how strong the Sibion League is.
