Especially considering the super-powered psionics and the red fox, a religious group dedicated to wiping them out, its no doubt that crime runs rampant. That's where Jasper Morgan comes in. He's an officer in the division of the special tasks of SRPD and a direwolf. A parasite has entered his body, giving superhuman reflexes and senses. When he's called off on a special assignment, he's driven down into the world of the psionics, pushing everything to the forefront.
