a wonderful way to express yourself because there are so many ways to go about it. You can say exactly what you mean, in as many or as few lines so as you like or you can NOT say exactly what you men at all, but only allude to it by images & sounds to create pictures or feelings in the reader. There are many different types of poetry. Some of them have very strict rules about what makes them the type they are. Others have no rules at all!
