Nekos are seen as the lowest of the low. they aren't allowed in school or to have a job, their only chance is to hope that someone take pity and pick them up, or mistakes them as a normal cat. One day a man named Tyler picks up a crying stray, wanting to help, he takes it home, cleans it, and feeds it. Later he finds out that the stray cat was actually a neko that needs help.
