If you are asked to hold a pencil with two hands and break it into half with your hands, you may not have any problem doing so because it is just one. However, if I stick 1,000 pencils together and ask you to break it the same way you did with one pencil; you may have a difficult time doing so. What does this mean? It simply means that a "team of 1" is usually weaker than a "team of many," says Niraj Govinda Shrestha.
Every entrepreneur must know that partnering their business with another person can boost their success rate. It can mean a large difference between failure and success. Once an entrepreneur starts his or her business venture, he or she usually has a positive future and how it will turn out for such a business. However, success may not come that way. This is because quitting may seem like the best option when different inevitable obstacles of such business start appearing.
But going back to the above example (the pencil case), there is a higher probability that a business will thrive and survive through the hardships when there are two or more people involved. In other words, the business may not survive through the inevitable obstacle times and become a success.
