Ever wandered what happened to Red Hood also known as The Boy in Red Cape?
He was fast. Yet, he was strange. He's a wolf. He howls at the moon. He turns into one when the moon is bright and full. Though, he has utterly different powers. He has hands glow red whenever he wants. He is as fast as light, faster than his pack. His fangs are longer than the regular werewolves.
He is powerful. The most powerful amongst his pack but he can't control them.
