Penelope Woods, a citizen considered not to be trusted due to her sentence in the ARI, is picked to be one of the contestants in a game known professionally as the Hunger Games.
Curiosity. Inevitability. Illusions. An unlikely team, but anything goes with Overseers when they're fighting to their deaths. After the revolutions had failed, the Overseerian government forces young teenagers to compete, only one being able to make it out of the arena. However, Jaymi, Phillip and Penelope aren't ready to go down without a fight, even if they have to rebel to keep eachother alive.
The only question left to ask is who will live, and who will not?
