el was 16, mike was 17. when she runs away to find her sister, mike goes along. what, or rather who they find changes their lives forever. especially mike's.

will byers was the most known case of a missing person in history of hawkins. the boy never had any friends, and everyone knew he grew up in a dysfunctional household. he disappeared when he was 12, and was never seen again. most people figured he probably ran away. and they were right. the question was where. that, no one could figure out.
