The world is dead; changed from how it once ran. There is no currency or government hierarchy. Instead, there are camps, almost city like. If you compare walled fortresses to what used to be cities. A genetic mutation that only occurred in women, have made them a rarity, a commodity, a breeding machine, a tool for pleasure.
