Liu wakes up in a hospital three months after the attack. All he remembers is his brother, the knife, being stabbed, and those three words. "Go To Sleep." He meets his new demon companion, Sully, and together, they set out to find Jeff. Liu wishes to reunite with his little brother. However, Sully, on the other hand, is out to kill Jeff for trying to kill Liu.
Meanwhile, at Slenderman's mansion, Jeff has to deal with his crush on Slenderman himself and other Creepypastas having crushes on him. On top of all that, he learns that his older brother has survived his attack only three months before. He worries that Liu is out for revenge and wants to kill Jeff.
Will Liu and Jeff reunite as brothers? Or as enemies?
