Y/N L/N is an intelligent, and powerful girl. She wasn't a blue blood or any of a sort, but she lived a good life. She was isolated from the world for her own choosing, and because of that, she didn't have to worry about controlling her psychic powers, until  now. 

On the day, she entered P.K Academy, in trade of her twin sister, her powers act up for some unknown reasons. Will the fateful encounter with Kaidou and Saiki be enough to help Y/N's powers under control?
