It occurred to me that there must be many off screen mutants in TMNT, those whose stories will never be told.  I wanted to write something about some of them, and what their lives and cultures might be like, before the Turtles and the Turtle madness came on the scene.  This story takes place in the 2012 continuum.All Rights Reserved

After being tortured and with little to eat or drink in a small cell, Shredder demands answers about Splinter and the turtles. With the little time that he has left before it is too late, he realizes the only way to survive is to escape. But how can he break out without the help of his brothers?
