For James Kidd, living life as an orphan wasn't an exciting one. He would help out with taking care of the other orphans in the orphanage along with his younger sister, Julia, and their caretaker Father Alric. But after an accident, he and his sister discover that they have latent magical powers and are sent to a mages academy. There they study and learn until they find out their true family heritage, in which it takes a turn to the crazy and adventurous. The siblings must embark on a journey that will shake the continent's very foundations to save it from a long slept evil.
