P.O.T.A.T.O. is a secret association for conducting studies and experiments, and The Blood Knights (TBK) are a covert organization of solders who's job is to eliminate worldly crime on a deeper level. In fear of P.O.T.A.T.O. gaining too much power and taking over TBK, they send an elite squad to take down the main members of P.O.T.A.T.O. until one of them gives in and shuts down P.O.T.A.T.O.  from the inside. First on the list was Fiona, a 14-year-old girl who happened to be missing her best friend Harmon.
