In a once great city, thought to be abandoned by the entire world, civilians have to coexist with the ever growing crime and corruption that the government is willingly ignoring. When the rules start to become a hinderance more than any help, Jack Johnson decides to take matters into his own hands and get rid of crime once and for all by any means possible, even if by doing that he becomes the monster he thought he had left behind.
