Meet Bailey Thomas, The Jersey Girl. Football is a major part of her life. Her father is a retired coach for the Pittsburg Steelers and the founder of the Junior Bowl. 
    
    The Junior Bowl is a tournament for high school football teams. One team is selected from each of the following states to play in the Junior Bowl; New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio and Massachusetts. 
    
    But when Bailey overhears her father telling her brother that the Junior Bowl isn't getting the publicity it needs to keep going, she comes up with a plan.
    
    What could bring publicity to a football tournament? An unknown thief stealing all the jerseys of the teams selected to play.
    
    The Jersey Girl is on the loose. And no one's jersey is safe.
