Odette didn't always know that The Fae existed.

Then again Odette wasn't always a swan girl forced to dance for The King of Fae.

She was once Karika Willows a young girl who dreamed of becoming a famous ballerina just like her mother.

It all changed the night she took her mothers place in Swan Lake as Odette. She met the King of Fae. Refusing to dance for only the Fae King was one she'll never regret. Even if he did curse her as a swan girl she could still bring smiles to everyone with her ballet. Even if she did have to dance one night for the fae king every 3 days or else she'll become a swan statue. Never to dance again. The only way to break the curse is for someone to fall in love with a swan girl. How can you fall in love if you can't even be kissed without turning into a swan for half the day?

In the 21 century Odette is screwed.

(Btw the Karika's parents renamed her Odette to give her hope since Odette was saved from her swan curse. Please read. I'm bad at descriptions.)
