What if Romeo didn't take Petra or Jack as his champion, but Jesse instead? What if Jesse broke the clock in the first place and doesn't go to the Sunshine Institute?
In this story, Jesse is the Admin's so-called "Champion," and Petra is the one to go to the Institute instead, taking her spot. Jesse is a female in this story (Caucasian White with Black Hair).
Petra is the main character in this story (mostly going to be in her POV), and major spoilers of Season Two. Most of the story is based off of Season Two, Episodes 2 - 3 ("Giant Consequences" & "Jailhouse Block"), but altered in a way.

The light from the amulet seemed to travel through Herobrine as the sky grew dark. Thick drops of rain poured from the clouds as Herobrine's entire body lit up. Thunder crashed loudly. Romeo has decided to revert back to his old ways. The group thinks that this may be the only threat they have to face. But they were wrong. The group thought that they'd seen the last of Hadrian and Cassie Rose in their last battle with them. But they have forgotten one major detail about the Old Builders. They have the power to respawn. And thanks to this, Hadrian and Cassie manage to meet up with Romeo and form an alliance with him. Romeo agrees to form an alliance with the two and grants them another ally, PAMA. With Romeo and PAMA now on their side, Hadrian and Cassie Rose decide to exact their revenge on Mevia and Otto. They manage to take the two hostage along with Harper. The three of them start to go through horrible abuse from Hadrian, Cassie Rose, and PAMA. And with Otto still barely being able to control his psychic abilities, Hadrian and Cassie start to target him with the abuse. They sick PAMA on him, who starts to provoke Otto with emotional abuse, threatening Mevia's life to gain control over him. This causes Otto's power to flare up and nearly kill him. The Jesse twins find out about the capturing of Harper, Mevia, and Otto. They decide to gather all of the allies they can get to help them defeat the arising threat. Will Otto be able to control his power flare ups before they can hurt someone? Will our heroes be able to save their friends in time? Beginnning of an End
An alternate ending for Episode 4 in Minecraft: Story Mode. I know, Episode 5 is already out but I wanna make an alternate ending and a sequel. So this is what happened: When Jesse, his friends, and the Old Order were about to fight the Wither Storm, Ellegaard and Magnus offered their armour to Jesse but Jesse refused to take them and ran towards the Wither. When he build the Formido Bomb, he was caught in one of the Wither's tractor beams. He threw the bomb inside the Wither's head and.. BAM! The Wither Storm exploded into three. When Axel, Olivia, Lukas, and Petra approuched it, Lukas questioned where Jesse was. Everyone looked for him. Lukas checked inside the Wither Storm to help other survivors until he came across someone. Jesse, he was bloody and bruised all over. Lukas gasped and told him to hang on but Jesse laughed weakly, he told Lukas 'We did it, thank you Lukas for helping us....' his voiced trailed off then he closed his eyes. Lukas stared at Jesse, shocked with tears pouring down his eyes. 'Guys!!!' He screamed. Axel, Olivia, Petra, and Rueben came rushing towards where Lukas screamed. Then they saw Jesse. Rueben ran over him and tried to lift his arm but it fell back down. Olivia and Petra saw Lukas, covering his hands onto his face crying. Olivia then joined Lukas. Petra stared at Jesse's 'dead' body, tears in her eyes. Axel was trying hold back his tears, by wiping them away. Rueben made sad oinks and noises. Then they all heard a familiar voice, it was Gabriel's. (You all know what happened to him) They escorted him back to the Old Order and told them what happened to Jesse, before they broke down into tears. Ellegaard, Magnus, and Soren were saddened. (You all know what happens next. In the next episode, it's the same but more sad. And here it's Petra who destroys the Wither Storm since she is the second strongest in the group. Hadrian and Mevia have found a way to escape their banishment. They also have managed to free Cassie Rose from her imprisonment. The three are now out to seek revenge on the twins. Or should I say two? During one of their missions, Hadrian, Mevia, and Cassie Rose become lost while looking for Beacontown. Their plan was to ambush the twins and rest of the gang when they least expected it. But this plan backfires, due to Mevia having a change of heart. They get into a massive fight during a thunderstorm in the middle of a forest. They are too busy arguing to realize a forest fire has started. Hadrian and Cassie Rose barely manage to escape after beating Mevia. She is now left injured and unable to fend for herself. The twins discover Mevia severely injured and rush her back to Beacontown. While helping Mevia recover, Mevia tells the twins about Hadrian and Cassie's plan of ambushing the two and the rest of the gang. During her healing, Mevia begins to become suicidal and believes that she is the reason that Hadrian and Cassie became insane. The twins and rest of the gang now have to help Mevia recover physically and mentally from all of her past abuse. As thanks to the twins and the gang for their kindness to her, Mevia makes them an offer. She offers to help them fight as soon as she is fully healed.
