I'm a walking irony. I'm deaf, but I'm a performer. Figure skater, to be exact. I became deaf after a horrible car crash. I wasn't wearing a seat belt, and I got a major concussion. I haven't heard the voices of those whom I love for what feels like forever. But my saving grace is the fact that I can feel noise- the vibrations of sound. People tell me that I can't be a professional anymore, due to my lack of hearing the music I preform to. I want to prove them wrong.

George was on the ice since he could walk. It was his passion. His future. His everything. His world would be nothing without the beautiful sport. He didn't have time for friends or relationships. Figure skating was his main focus. Dream, on the other hand, started playing playing hockey once he got into elementary school. He was a natural. He wanted to make it big. He still found time for his life and friends, of course. He would drop everything for them. Warning!!: this book contains graphic descriptions of unhealthy habits. Please take care.
