Alex is the new kid that has anxiety so bad he can barely talk to people. He's terrified of getting close to people, and he meets Jack through marching band. Jack is the section leader that is friends with almost everyone. He's a happy and hyper kid most of the time, but he has a dark past.

Jalex! Okay so basically this is my first fanfic ever so take it easy on me. It's really fluffy and cute and stuff. So basically Jack gets hurt and the band goes on a tour break, and Alex and Jack are forced to largely re-evaluate their lives together, their feelings for each other, and themselves in general.
