A past that haunts Faith where ever she goes, trouble arose deep from within her. Her mom died in a tragic accident , her dad was heartbroken. Moving from Chicago to Miama was a big change in her life, her dad never seemed to be the same again after this accident and life just seemed harder for her.

When Faith went to the mall with her personal maid, she met two persons whom will change her life for sure again. She seems to meet her match when she bumped into him.

I slammed my hands on the glass desk and said, "Tell me right now!!"
She stared at me and said, "You really don't know them, don't you?"
I stared at her irritated. I rolled my eyes.
"Does it looked like I care?", I nearly screamed at her.
"OK. They would always hang out at the park across the road", She replied.
I didn't even had time to hear what she said, I ran out the store.

Erick, truly a bad boy from birth, has a past that haunts him everyday but nobody really care to see the innocent boy under his badboy façade. When he saw Faith at the mall, his guard immediately come on. Why? His Twin sister was never this comfortable with meeting a new person especially a girl after their past.
So when Faith lost her purse in the mall when she bumped into Erick and he took it before she noticed, the games are about to begin.

I turned to see Erick and hit him hard in the face. His face turned bright red and I stared at him feeling rage all over.
"Don't you ever put your hands in my face again", he said pointing at me
"I will do it again and again", I shouted

So when her dad came home looking gloomy, Faith knew that her life will be a rollercoaster.
"You have to get married ", My dad said looking at me
I just stared at him and said, "Will I still see you?"
"Yes Faith. I wouldn't leave you. I promised your mom."
I smiled with tears in my eyes and he hugged me.
"Meet your Husband-to be", he said as the doors opened and Erick stood there smirking.
