Pietro Maximoff, brother of Wanda. 
In the 90s he gets captured by HYDRA, experimentation, torture and abuse; they use him as a soldier.
After all that time as a brainwashed assassin, the Avengers come, Wanda and the others hope to bring him back.

I'm not English so sorry for some mistakes, but I'm being helped a bit.
I've had this idea for a long time

She, and a few other people, escape one day and are still on the run for 2 years peacefully. Until Director Nick Fury sends the Avengers to come and take her and her friends in. This will not follow the plot to any of the movies or the timelines at all so all of the Avengers PLUS Pietro are there even though they are technically shouldn't be yet in the movies.
