Florence is a joshu - a painting that came to life. After being given away as promotion, she, her sister Yenri, and her new friend Joe attempt to change their situation through music. However, nothing is bulletproof, and a series of serious mistakes leaves Flor alone and afraid, but destined to reunite with her sister and define her identity as an independent person. But doing that isn't easy, and nothing could prepare her for the places it takes her.
