Deafening silence was shattered by a gunshot. Then nothing. Everyone in the alleyway stood still unwilling to see what had been shot. Tace got out of her crouch and stalked forward turning her head around the corner to see a single body on the floor. Above it, was Reed. The normally squash colored dog was now panting while hovering above the limp boy covered in a dark red on the muzzle the boys wrist still clamped inside his maw. Tace stood in shock, "Holy Sh*t" Vincent approached the dog and put the leash back around his collar. "We have to get out of here. Now." Tace nodded taking Byron's bags from them. Wynter grabbed their arm and hooked it around her shoulder, "Let's head out Casanova." Byron nodded waddling with help from Wynter after Vincent while Tace followed close in the back.
This story is about the life of teens in the apocalypse. One group in particular, known for their impressive agriculture, makes a grave mistake when one of their mutts 'accidentally' murders a member of D.R.E.D the top group in the dynasty. Vincent the leader of the hunted group is now faced with way more than school could ever teach him.
The following chapters switch between characters to get a different view of what's happening in each group or event.

He scoured the abandoned town for books and maps, and he used his knowledge to help the group navigate the dangerous terrain. Chandler pulled out his knife and dug it into the skull of the stray walker that was in front of us, as he did so I could hear my dogs start to snarl and growl at the walkers that were closing in on them. Sticking my fingers in my mouth and letting out a high pitched whistle, my dogs weaved between the walkers and avoided outstretched hands as they joined Chandler and I as we fled into the hills.Complete

Zombie Rot
Idk if anyone's ever written something like this, but it sounds pretty cool in my head. Sterek and zombies. Zombie apocalypse. And yes there are still werewolves/Coyotes/ect., but that's it, no other supernatural's. The werewolves healing abilities pretty much stop them from becoming a zombie. Instead becoming more feral like, as if a lighter version of rabies- rouge wolves- like crazy Peter. ------------------------ It all starts with a bad idea, stiles and his group of survivors trying to find somewhere safe to hide. How bad can taking refuge in an old town, and old burnt up house be when you've got zombies literally searching for living flesh to chew on. Stiles kicks aside his four barrel shot gun as Scott watches him angrily beat at what must've been an old table, or door side table of sorts, after losing a member of their group. She was strong, and close to stiles as they bonded over their versions of how the whole world wreck started. Of course that's besides the point when a hunky man, or correction, werewolf man drops down the steps of the broken home. Then again, that certain werewolf seems to have Both caught and given his attention to stiles. The human finding the large muscled, broad, stone faced, blunt man just as interesting as the wolf found the rambling, loud, leading, beautiful Human, interesting. I stood there leaning against the door for a second. Then screams reached my ear. I looked to where it came from and saw a girl at the other end of the hall laying on the ground with a gaping hole in her stomach. Three other students had ripped away at the girl's insides and were chewing it up. One paused for a second and looked up at me. He stood up and I panicked. I knew him. He was in my chorus class. August was his name. He had blond, curly hair, blue eyes, and was probably the tallest person in the entire school. August opened his now bloody mouth and let out a screech that sent chills down my spine. He leaped over the other two cannibals and the now dead girl and broke into a sprint. As soon as he leaped I had also started running. I made it out of the 300 hall and hid behind the vending machine that stood at the entrance of the hall. Seconds later, August was standing just inches from me. He looked around and I stayed as quiet and still as I possibly could. I didn't even breathe. After what seemed like years of waiting, August turned back toward the dead girl and walked out if sight. I stayed where I was for a little bit longer until my lungs demanded I start breathing again. Directly in front of me was the library and cafeteria. To the right of the cafeteria was the auditorium and the music hall. "If I could just make it to the chorus room maybe I'll find some of my friends," I thought to myself. I was about to take my first step when I looked down at my shoes. They were brand new and when I walked, they squeaked. I took my shoes off as quietly as I could. I had my Captain America socks on and I knew I'd have to take those off as well.
