A Collection of Poems
These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Here, these poems are what I wanted to say to my friends, to other important people, to people in general, to the world around me, to life and each detail it possesses. Each poem has a central theme, and around that revolves a certain story that I want to impart, something too delicate to be expressed directly, something too complicated. He's A Monster
I was more than the injections, the past, and a "normal boy." I was a monster and there was nothing more I wanted than to show her that I didn't have to be one. ⚠️ Trigger Warnings ⚠️ Violence / Abuse: Domestic violence / trauma, Emotional and psychological abuse. Supernatural / Vampire Themes: Transformation into a vampire, Vampire abilities (seeing auras, reading thoughts), Blood drinking / vampirism, and Hunger for blood and violent urges Medical / Injury Themes: Internal bleeding, Stabbing / wounds, Hospitalization / medical intervention, Car accident / near-death experiences Sexual Content / Mature Themes: Sexualized interactions (flirtation, implied sexual content, age gap dynamics), Implied sexual acts involving vampires and human, Consent issues in certain interactions (e.g., vampire hunger vs. human). Emotional / Psychological Content: Grief and loss (characters experiencing deaths of loved ones), Trauma triggers (memories, nightmares), Intense fear, panic attacks, Guilt / self-loathing, and Death of parents / guardians. Relationship / Power Dynamics: Age gap romance, Caregiver or protector dynamics, Obsession / unrequited love, and relationship tension Other: Blood imagery and gore, Sudden sensory overload / panic Warning: Written in 2015-2016. This story switches perspectives between main characters a lot, don't ask me why, maybe it was a trend back then. I originally wrote and published it in 2014-2015, back when I was 15-16 years old. Monster Love
"Let me die first or it's like I'll die twice." He tells me. I love him, my husband, more than I love myself. I love him more passionately than I thought I ever could with anyone. I would do anything for him! Whatever he asked of me I'd do it and whatever I asked him he'd do for me. We were a team and he wanted me to give him the one thing he has been begging me to do, give up on him. I have given up a lot to be his wife, but I've never regretted it. I have had beautiful children. I am a queen and I am with the love of my life. "You won't go first and neither will I." I hiss, "We'll go at the same time." He gives me a small smile and takes a step closer to me. I close my eyes for a moment and when I open them I make complete eye contact with him. He is a giant in ever scene of the word. "You truly are the light of my life." "And you will always be my dark angel." "You can't save, my love. It can't be changed. It is fate." "No one foresaw our union." "And?" "And so I defied fate once, who's to say I won't make it my bitch again." He picks me up and bring me to his level. "I love that fire in you."Complete
