Huening Kai and his half-brother, Jaehyun are living together while Huening Kai goes to school. After a lifetime of abuse from his adopted mother. Jaehyun starts taking it out on Huening Kai. The only reprieve is when Huening Kai goes to school, where he hangs out with his friends Yeonjun, Taehyun, and Beomgyu. One day Beomgyu's best friend from far away, Choi Soobin, moves to school. Both Soobin and Huening Kai partner up for a project for the school music festival. With two months to prepare, Huening Kai finds himself getting closer to someone who doesn't mistake love for pain. Can Soobin be the protection Huening Kai needs, or is it too late?
