The monitor gifts a book of immense reality changing power, the book of Destiny, to an assassin by the name of Slade Wilson one of Green Arrows most dastardly enemies. Will Green Arrow and his superhero allies be able to stop this crisis or will they fail the challenge?

Also when everyone thinks that this will be a relaxing event, soldiers from an unknown Earth arrive to conquer and also something else, but in between their army, 4 big surprises are on the waiting to attack and create chaos.
