Everyone in the kingdom anticipates for the Bloodbath Mating festival; a celebration which occurs every decade, giving the opportunity for the legendary serpentine creatures known as the dragons, to choose their own mate. As the name suggests, the festival involves the clashing between the opposite sexes, a ritual to live up for the tradition. Their long-awaited fate will be dawned upon depending on the result of the battle, which can be determined through two unspeakable paths.
For the drakons, it's to mate or kill.
For the drakainas, it's to be mated or be killed -through an excruciating method of execution; decapitation. The pressure lies on the females to stay alive.
With all these acknowledged, one should know that the ritual functions with four fundamentals. It is an absolute law which the first dragon king has established by the time the tradition is created;
It is a war for dominance.
Skill and confidence is of prominence.
Mercy is not on the plate.
Bloodshed is the accepted plague.
