It was an ordinary day when I had heard a knock at the door hoping it would be about my mare "lady" beautiful black fur with a splash of white on her nose. I rushed to the not expecting to see Ned Kelly with my mare.

"I came for my reward" said Ned
As the horse nuzzled his hand like she'd known him forever
"500 shillings am I right" Ned asked
"Your not getting that for stealing my mare you thief" I yelled
Ned ran away.
