Born to two brilliant minds: a world-renowned Pokémon Ranger and a genius nuclear physicist, our hero's family, Neill, lived hapilly 10 years ago in Bealbeach City, the larges city in the region of Tandor, a peaceful and prospering region where the company of Neill's mother, Lucille, was working on a clean energy that would change the world when the disaster struck and Lucille disappeared in a huge explosion, event that lead to Neill's father, Kellyn, to throw himself into his work ant letting Neill to grow up with his great-aunt.
