Phobos has moved to Curious. Earth was devastated by an artificial intelligence (A.I) powered war between fighting hegemonic powers. Only 10% of humans survived. They created an autonomous technocracy, free of ancient thinking like religion and traditional government and made a self contained environment above the ruins of civilization.
