Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not. Everything changes though when as usual Deku doesn't think and moves, his need to save Kacchan, his Kacchan, driving any and all other thoughts from him, he dies in Bakugo's arms. Hours passed but Bakugo can't move from that spot, on his knees he just holds Deku's limp, lifeless body in his arms. Deku's last words repeating themselves over and over in his head. Tear tracks could be seen by anyone who dared to look at the broken hero in his grief. Suddenly time seems to stop, when he looks up he sees rain floating as if frozen in time, a woman shrouded in a green hood stands in front of him, most of her face covered by her hood, he could only see her mouth and chin. "Do we have a deal, Hero?" She asked her voice closer to bells than that of a woman's. "I have a condition, I can't ever see him die again. Give me his injury and let him live," Bakugo's words hung in the air and a clap of thunder rang in air when before there was none, there was now a flash of lightning above them, also frozen in place. "Deal."

I am just borrowing the characters from My Hero Academia that is written by the great Horikoshi. Mika is aware that she has the body of a male, but feels that she is female. Mika is the more aggressive of the two and is the protector. The times she has been confronted by her partners about her real gender she becomes violent. Not go to jail violent, put punching and slapping. When Deku becomes frightened or very stressed Mika takes over. I'm not an artist so I have borrowed the art for my story. I will credit the artist if I know who they are. This story contains Smut. If you don't like that please don't read. This story may trigger some because it talks about psychological abuse Deku suffered at the hands of his father.
