Chris. He's blond, handsome, lively, a quarterback and a junior in high school. He has it all good, but he hates being popular, no one knows how he's really like. He puts on a poker face and looks out for the people he cares about, but no one looks out for him. He tries not to get into trouble during school, he can't afford to get into trouble. She works in a bookstore and as an library assistant to make money so she can take care of herself, 'cause her dad would waste all the money he makes on alcohol. Her life has no meaning, she has nothing, she's all alone and has no one to go to. But what happens when Chris wakes up hungover on Rhea's couch? Will their everyday life still be the same? Would their friendship continue to grow into something more?
