La depresión es una enfermedad que cuando se presenta lo puede hacer de manera permanente y en un período de tiempo prolongado generando malestar tanto mental como físico.

Cualquier individuo puede padecerla en un momento determinado, con síntomas de estrés prolongado originado por problemas de salud, de carácter psicológico, laboral o antecedentes genéticos en la familia.

He considerado importante hablar sobre la depresión y los síntomas ya que es una enfermedad que cada día se presenta con más frecuencia en este mundo de agitación. Abordo temas como  La depresión sonriente, y su posible tratamiento y superación, lo mismo que  problemas de  ansiedad,  estrés,  y el trastorno del pánico.

En el libro se presenta además una serie de tipologías de personas que sufren depresión, y sugerencias  en el empleo de algunas hierbas medicinales para reducirla.
También planteo el uso de las nuevas tecnologías, y el roll divino. Al final se presenta al lector un estudio de campo con personas que sufren depresión, sacando algunas conclusiones que pueden ser de utilidad.All Rights Reserved
