Inara Baxter isn't an ordinary kid. She's Ingenium, a person with special abilities. She can draw energy from all four Ingenium divisions: earth, shadow, light, and time, based on her emotions. She's a Polymath. As cool as it sounds, she's been genetically enhanced by a mysterious group of rebels. They use her as their weapon to take down the Assembly, the Ingenium's government. Every day they've come closer to controlling her, full-time. From hallucinations to hour-long blackouts, it's clear to Inara that she's not safe anymore.
