Alice in Wonderland Impossible Thoughts.
This is a collection of poems with the construction of "six lines . " They were written daily during my summer of 2012/13 ( southern hemisphere ) when I was first participating on wattpad as a regular. I posted six poems everyday with a crazy challenge of writing a ridicules number of poems over a short period of time. All the poems are inspired by the Lewis Carroll's classic Alice in Wonderland one of the first books I read as a young person, in fact as a teen. Before the age of 12 years my reading skills where non-existent because of learning difficulties, so when I finally did read a whole book right through Alice was it. So Alice hold's a special place in my heart and soul because of this fact. I hope you enjoy the reading of this failed collection as I do not think I have actually finished this challenge. Poems for the broken
I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger. My life has changed and so have I. I'm ready to take that stand.Complete
The Scars I Carry
A collection I've put together of a few original poems I've written over the years. These poems are relating to personal experiences and emotions, and I debated publishing them for a very long time. I've finally decided to publish some of my work in hopes that they can help some people through difficulties, as writing them helped me. I will be adding more as I write them of course. There are various forms and styles so each piece is different from the others, although this collection follows similar themes. I will be putting trigger warnings for each and every poem that requires them, as well as which triggers are contained in which poems that way you have the best idea of what you will find. If at any point you feel triggered by my writing or by something else, please don't be afraid to reach out for help, you are never alone, I promise you. The themes/possible triggers contained within this collection are the following; self-harm, suicide attempts and general talk of suicide, emotional and psychological abuse, childhood trauma, mental health and mental illness (anxiety, depression, ptsd, anorexia- etc), death and dying-and others.
