Scarlet is a Music Demon who has been in Hell since 2008(?). At first, she was incredibly bloodthirsty and left chaos everywhere; until she met Charlie Magne. Charlie offered her a hand and helped her into a better place. Scarlet was once again stable mentally and physically.
Years pass until Charlie creates a grand idea; the Happy Hotel, a place to rehabilitate sinners for redemption!
Although the interview was a fluke and positivity was low, a certain Radio Demon shows up at the door. Scarlet is skeptical of Alastor, but something flares an unfamiliar fire inside her soul.
