When Alan was born he had something wrong with his heart which left him with a serious heart disease but his brothers never knew how serious it was because Jeff kept it from them to protect them.
After a rescue situation Alan collapses and is rushed to hospital. He and his brothers find out he's in heart failure and needs a new heart. How will the others take it when they find out their little brother has a heart condition since birth and he already knew about it? Will Alan survive the surgery for when he gets his new heart? Will all four of his brothers be by his side?
