When Alan was born he had something wrong with his heart which left him with a serious heart disease but his brothers never knew how serious it was because Jeff kept it from them to protect them. 
After a rescue situation Alan collapses and is rushed to hospital. He and his brothers find out he's in heart failure and needs a new heart. How will the others take it when they find out their little brother has a heart condition since birth and he already knew about it? Will Alan survive the surgery for when he gets his new heart?
