Alyson Gray was fourteen years old when her life was turned upside down by the discovery of a brain tumour. Four years on and she's still keeping up her fight, but she's become reserved and distant to all but a few. Until one summer, a boy arrives in town. He's persistent and somewhat annoying yet Alyson is drawn to him, but she's in no position to get involved with someone when she doesn't know how long she'll be around. That, however, didn't stop him from trying.
