They found something in the ooze that we all came from millions of years ago that would prove Darwin was a moron. Governments around the world have attempted to hide it for millions of years from everyone until a government used that information for their gain. They would lie to people to get them to undergo a procedure that will change their lives forever. They will test the limits of human kinds mind and body to fulfill their own contemptuous ways. They bring about changes not only to the subjects but to the world at large. What will mankind do when they find the truth behind the unimaginable? How will the world react to finding out what they did to the subjects? What will the publics opinion be when they find out that it was all voluntary? What will they do to us when they find out that Lycan are real?

It has been exactly 13 Halloweens since Count Dracula was put into a supposed eternal slumber... However, due to an outside force, he has awoken and wants to finish the revenge he so wanted those many years ago. We're known by many names. "Priest". "Exorcist". "Holy Knights". Thanks to the special school known as "Saint Romero" we help train monsters so they can use their supernatural abilities to the fullest, and take down any others that step out of line. But what would happen if four extraordinary Ghouls stepped up against the primordial Vampire King himself who was resurrected in this love letter to classic and modern horror? Slasher, a human with supernatural abilities and a fondness of blades... Witch, a human with Magical capabilities... Half-Breed of Vampire and Werewolf, a creature of extraordinary strength and speed... and a Ghost, a paranormal entity that haunts many. It's them vs. the legendary Dracula and CO!
