A Mermaid for the Lonely
A mermaid named Sirène, whose job as a mermaid is to guide those who have died at sea to rest their souls and not be trapped. She typically finds sailors whose ships have sunk, and pirates and convoys alike. Her personality is one of seriousness, and she does not express herself by facial expressions very often. She does sung lovely tunes though, ones of the sea and winds, not ones meant to lure anyone to their doom. She seldom spends time with other merfolk and prefers to be on her own. She is however very curious of the various emotions humans possess and their intensity, since she does not feel these. One day, while Sirène was staying near Pointe de Pen Hir, a dangerous cliffside that plunges right into the ocean. Looking upwards by chance, she saw a human, a man, standing dangerously near the edge of the rocks. The wind blew harshly and she could only watch and wait as he toppled over the edge and feel towards the ocean. She saw no fight in him as he fell. ________________________________________________________________ This is a fantasy story with my mermaid OC that I started making back when I was in middle school. I've used her character to help me through tough times and I am revisiting her. I want to make sure I have a place to remember her story, and make it a happier one than before.Complete

It was Edith's third life. First she was a poor hardworking girl lost under the pressure of work in the modern world of airplanes and computers but then she died.... Then she found herself in the novel she used to read. The book was worn out as she had reread it several times and now she is bound to the plot as a character who had to avoid the fate of ending up the villainess's accomplice and save her life. So her choices ultimately almost led to a happy ending where she even fell for one of the second male leads but then...SHE DIED AGAIN. ＞﹏＜ ＞﹏＜ ⏳⏳⏳ Now again she was in the novel world. Was this to avoid death or her lover? She couldn't really say but the only thing was some characters were now different from the initial novel plot especially Derek whom she loved. There was two kingdoms that didn't get along as well as the others did they were designed differently some called them demon mermaids and others more different so when Serenity gets lost and she is rescued by none other than one of her opposite types of merman she's supposed to be afraid of, but she is not scared of him, in fact, in fact she found his appearance and him being different amazing, so the two different Souls met by chance or perhaps it was fate, but like it or not they began to fall in love even though they knew it was forbidden to see each other, they were rivals their kingdoms, but yet they kept sneaking out of Their Kingdoms to meet with each other what will become of this Forbidden Love.
