Vertebrat Origins: Leader of Death's Bounties

Vertebrat looked down at the mark on his chest and grinned, he'd escaped death this long and lived to tell the tale along with taking down any and all evil that he encountered whether it was a mob boss, terrorist, serial killer, or anyone who he felt was guilty. Usually they fell before him cold and empty like the people they harmed. However if they survived they had the opportunity to join him and his group and make up for their misdeeds. Once marked though there was no turning back, you accept the price of cheating death in order to redeem yourself or die once death finally catches you.
