Draco had only wanted one thing and that was his Harry and to give Harry their memories.

During their 6th year, Harry and Draco have been hiding their relationship from the rest of the school. They meet every night in ROR, just to be together and have a some what normal relationship. One night when Draco was in his dorm waiting for his time to meet Harry, he gets a letter from his mother, who is the only other living soul to know about Harry and Draco. She warns him that his father is planning on using his son's close relationship with Harry as a fellow student to his advantage. Draco now having to decided between risking losing Harry or removing their memories.

Draco makes the hard choice of removing their shared memories. He makes a promise to himself and Harry, that once the war is over he will give Harry's his memories.

But, after the war Harry and Ginny start dating and fall in love. Draco now heart broken has to choice between his happy end with Harry or to let Harry live out his life without him ever knowing about the love he and Draco once shared.
