Tibby is a rambunctious child who loves helping fellow swampfolk with their problems. While assisting his friend Deemo one morning, his father is captured by a nearby settlement of humans. Embarking on an adventure to get him back, Tibby must rely on old friends and new friends to rescue his farther and prevent a dangerous situation from escalating.
