The reforming spy program helps kids who are either thieves, drug addicts, kids from broken homes, neglected kids (or if your anything like agent fox, a former assain) in order to better their lives by doing some good.
That's what happened to former thief Wes Mcchase when he was brought into the program by Agent Thomas to do something productive by helping people. With his first solo mission to save an Agent successful, he and his mentor, Agent Thomas, are sent on an mission to track down arms dealer Rick Frost who works with the notorious Dr. Volt while Agents fox and her boyfriend William are tasks with taking down Dr. Volt in Hawaii.
When things go wrong and they're captured by Dr. Volt, leaving Wes and his two twin friends to take over the mission to stop Dr. Volt's plan while protecting former villain Cj Frost, time won't be on Wes's side as he will have to escape the death trap
