Una figurazione semi-realistica della seconda guerra punica, più precisamente in riferimento alla battaglia della Trebbia. Ho cercato, ispirandomi al mio maestro Lovecraft, di trasmettere un senso di alienazione al meglio delle mie capacità, affidandomi ad alcuni espedienti narrativi che si sono rivelati parecchio utili (la nebbia che ci nasconde l'ignoto ma che allo stesso rappresenta un rifugio sicuro, il paradosso epistemologico del già accennato Lovecraft).

I heard you

Valkyria Chronicles: Bundeswehr/NATO vs Valkyria
Well... with most if not all Valkyria Chronicles books in a lobido state (or having an identity crisis), I decided to start a book about the German Armed Forces (and NATO) fighting in a alternate reality, where 3-dimensional warfare is in its infancy. Yes, expect chaos, death, violence and the occasional dirty joke (especially with the US), but all in all, the action is taking priority. Don't expect that your favorite characters (wherever they are) will have a slice of life event. If you don't like the potential death of your favorite character, than think twice before you write an awful comment on here. Though some deaths may not occur due the interference in the original timeline. Also expect alot of songs, anthems, and whatnot. This time I want to write about something that came to my mind in a sort of tribute. Some time ago, I happen to stumble across this very odd movie about warfare in a futuristic setting which I liked a lot. Some of the terms are included here and some has been added by me. I did add some of my personal touch to the story, but the main characters are basically the same as in the movie. Death or Glory
Before we get into it, this is a long running roleplay between me and a friend of mine, who will be mentioned as Sage from now on. We started on 8-28-2019 and at the time of this writing it is still ongoing. I have partially cleaned it up, on the matters of grammatical and spelling errors, but I left the rest as-is, so there are some mistakes, either with period accuracy, me being a dumbass and mixing characters up, etc. My posts will be marked with a 'Z' prefix, and his with a 'S'. As for the roleplay itself, it started out as a basic vore roleplay loosely based on Anno Dracula that eventually progressed into a complete alternate timeline, similar in basics, with some other references to pop culture and other series, in a way not unlike the source material. As such, it's a wild mess of canon, historical and original characters, and references throughout. Some are one offs and others are revealed later on. For those not in the know, I will add a list of references at the end of the section. His irises swirled slowly, an enticing pale silver against his stark black lashes. They illuminated slightly, so quick it was gone in a blink. He broke our eye contact, lifting his head straight. A darkly amused expression appeared. It happened so quickly it seemed like a mask appeared. I blinked myself out of my trance, and turned on my heel to see what was at the receiving end of his humor. Augustus stood there. His face contorted into anger as he took in my ruined dress. His hands shook in his fury. "Roman." Augustus nearly snarled the name. "Have you come to join us, little King? The party was just getting started." So his name was Roman, some big secret. I rolled my eyes at the reveal as well as his taunting sentence. "Davina, what is going on here?" Augustus asked, his eyes full of betrayal. I had never seen him so guarded. I could feel his anger through my bones. His words were careful. What was he talking about? My brows furrowed at the insinuation, "What?" A line of smoke floated around my right shoulder and come between Augustus and I. How convenient. I had the desire to swipe it away but didn't. "What can I say, she...seduced me." Roman purred. His voice was a sensual whisper in my left ear. I subconsciously lifted my shoulder and backed away from it.
