He swore an ode when he first got his badge and that is something he won't give up on that easy, not even for Alec. 5 years in prison may seem like an eternity and that is exactly what Alec expects it to be, but what he didn't expect was to meet Magnus Bane. He's 23 years old and arrested for murdering his very own stepfather, but the reason isn't what everyone thinks it is. It's much worse. Diagnosed with schizophrenia, Magnus doesn't quiet know what's real or not, but one thing he knows for sure is that ever since Alec Lightwood arrived at the prison, the voices in his head has begun to disappear.
