It's the beginning of Freshmen year. New school. Starting from a blank page. Forgetting all those horrible things from the past. Sapphire Annesley moved from a completely different state. Thankfully. She was born and lived in France for five years. Then her parents had to move and they went to the US. They have been living in Washington till the summer before freshman year. That's when they moved because of reasons you may or may not find out later. They're now living in New York. Starting a new school. But it definitely won't be easy to get used to a completely new environment with different people. Knowing no one.

Ruby Race, on the other hand, has been going to this school since day first. She was living with her mother. Everything was normal. She was an active, pretty much happy kid, popular since first grade. She was nice to people. Played football when the season was on. But her main sport was basketball. She's independent and has lots of friends. Yes, she still has her anger outbursts cause she's very hot-headed but other than that it's fine. She thought that nothing ill change. But maybe something won't change after all?
