They say that Desire can take a man's sorrow away. They say that for a price, he can remove anyone's misery and make them happy again.
And Captain Finnian Blankley is very miserable.
When he stumbles upon an object that might take him straight to the legendary Desire, Finnian jumps on the chance to take away his crushing guilt for good.
With a ship that can find lost things and a healthy dose of immortality, he sails far and wide to an island that exists outside his existence, where nothing is as it seems and dangerous games can win dangerous prizes. There, Finnian searches, but even Desire himself seems to be a little more sinister than meets the eye.
One thing is for sure, no matter what the cost, Finnian is determined to find happiness.
